Vision and Mission Statements
Our Vision Statement
- To reach the lost in our city, state, nation, and world with the gospel of Christ. (Acts 1:8)
- To conserve the harvest by creating a family atmosphere of love, prompted by the Holy Spirit, where believers can be strengthened through their relationships with one another. (Acts 2:42-47)
- To equip believers to fulfill their destiny and calling in the body of Christ, by aiding the discovery of their gifts and training them to utilize those gifts to minister to others. (Ephesians 4:12)
- To send out ministers: apostles, prophets, pastors, teachers, and evangelists to proclaim God's word to other countries throughout the world. (Matthew 28:19; Ephesians 4:11)
Our Mission Statement
Longview Metro Church is a fellowship which believes in ministry to God, each other, and the world. We are committed to:
- Establishing unity in the Body of Christ.
- Providing an atmosphere where the Holy Spirit can touch people's lives and the Word of God can be taught.
- Fostering spiritual maturity in believers.
- Training church leadership. Reaching out to those in need.
